Hi, I'm currentl building a habitat for a RES and I'm wondering does any one have any ideas for what i could use for a turtle as a ramp or somthing i can make.Thanks

u could use a plexiglass table like top and heat the end of it to bend down into the water. i used a plexiglass square foot sheet and it is supported by 4 plexiglass legs silconed to it. this way swimming room is not wasted underneath. u could use some grips on the ramp part like the ones people put in their bathtubs to keep from slipping. they stand up very well in water and keeps your turtle from sliding when tryin to get up on the ramp

for my ramp im using a plastic one that i bought.. its got little bubbles so my turtle wont slip or fall. im not sure whats the brand called but i got it at PETsMART. they sell for $2

If you have shale rocks,try buying a long narrow one and support it on another.
