Everyone says to wet the pellets first and dip them in the powder and let them dry. But when you put them in the water it still seperates. I'm curious on how everyone else does it.

well i use food sticks. wet them . then sprinkle it on. then let it dry in the sun. it makes the stuff stick of better (thats what i was told)

If the supplement is a powder. You can mix it with egg whites and microwave it. When it is solid give it to your turts.

I hand feed them the Reptomin with the vitamins on them. They put it right in their mouths and none of the power floats away.

Try feeding your turtles cuttlebone. It is a great source for calcium. It works a lot better then any powder source. You can find it in the bird section of your pet store.

Try feeding your turtles cuttlebone. It is a great source for calcium. It works a lot better then any powder source. You can find it in the bird section of your pet store. *Jo* Yes like johari said - Cuttle bone is perfect and if your turtle is like mine and wont eat pieces of it the smash it into a powder and spray water on your pellets, throw moist pellets in a bag with the powder and then shake until powder is stuck to food- I let my pellets dry over night and I dont have a problem with the cuttle bone seperating from the pellets/ sticks when touched to the water. Good Luck- Steve -EDIT- BTW Cuttle bone is extremely cheap! (inexspensive.)- I went to Walmart and found it for 88cents and it was a very large- Havent even gone thorugh half yet and I bought it over a 2 months ago.
