I have two red eared sliders in a partial water tank. I have just found out that I will be moving 250 miles to another town. What is the easiest way to move my turtles?

not too much water, dont put them in sunlight, cover the tank with a towel or something so they cant see (less stressful on them). try not to make it a bumpy ride for them

Here's a bit about shipping reptiles... www.turtlehomes.org/usa/shipping.shtmlBut to move them all you need is a box and some towels. Put the towels down in the box for protection/cushioning and then put turtles in the box. They should be fine if the drive is taken in one day. Don't feed on the day before or of travel. *Jo*
