What specifically do you need help with? I could do with a bit more information: Are you going to be using a pre-formed pond (easier) or a liner (Harder, but better). How big do you want the pond to be? Where are you putting it? How much can you spend?
I was involved in making a 900G pool at the local pet-store, we did it by lining an alcove (I can't remember the exact dimensions, but the water was 4ft deep) with pond liner, and then put a sheet of 1/2" glass over the front, sealed it, made a 12" wide shelf down one side with a UV light and 3 basking bulbs over it. We also used some underwater lights in the back corners. It worked REALLY well and looked great.

I some some experience with an indoor pond, mine has been up for over a year now. I used a 60 gallon preformed pond from a home improvemnt store. I built a wooden frame to rest it in covered the top of the frame with outdoor grass carpet, and use latice to keep the turtles from falling off the edge when they are walking around. I used a pond box filter and large river rock (at least 3 inch in diameter), on the bottom. I have sandstone for them to bask on. I use a heat light and uva bulb as well. I would recommend if you have the space to use a larger pond around 150 gallons. I hope this helps some or at least gives you something to think about.
